On the evening of March 3, 2010 we will be implementing the following fixes and changes:
As we continue to grow, so do our network needs. We will be making major upgrades to our network infrastructure and this will cause a planned downtime for all users of Infusionsoft during our lowest of usage periods.
Infusionsoft will be unavailable on Saturday, March 13, 2010 between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM EST. (Click here to see what time in your time zone.) We don’t plan our network upgrade to take this long however, we are prepared for any delays or issues that may come up.
During this period, you will not be able to access or use Infusionsoft. In addition, scheduled actions in Infusionsoft will not be ran including follow-up sequences, broadcasts or any other scheduled actions during this time period. (They will run directly following the downtime, requiring no action on your part.)
EDIT: I want to make it very clear what will happen during this downtime period:
This blog will be updated with details prior to and after the network upgrade, and we’ll also keep you posted on our @InfusionStatus Twitter account.
REPOST FROM IS…..http://www.infusionsoftstatus.com/02/2010/winter-release-deployment-216/
187 PEOPLE got the new release last night….everyone affected, but only a cosmetic issue ….. thank god!
No, we’re not murdering anyone. Rather, we wanted to let you know that in our next release, 187 applications will be upgraded in our next release. However, we want to let you know about something in it that makes us a little uncomfortable.
We don’t like releasing an update when we know there’s a bug. This is why we want to take this moment to inform you about a bug that might cause some questions (or panic — whichever comes first.)
When browsing a sent email template from the application, you’ll see a scary “No body found” error in the email window — this isn’t true — it’s simply cosmetic and does not impact what was actually sent or stored in the database. It’s happening because the application is not pulling the template from the database correctly.
Rest assured, we have our software engineers on it and researching the cause so we can fix it. In addition, we have confirmed this does not reflect what is actually being sent to recipients.
We plan to have this fixed within a couple days, as we know it’s not comfortable for you to see that — but we’re on it and you do not need to contact support about this. Once we fix this, those sent email messages will be shown under contact records.
Thanks for your understanding as we continually work to deliver the best possible experience for you! We’ll continue to closely monitor for performance or software issues as well so you can rely on Infusionsoft for all your marketing needs.
—UPDATES:
UPDATE 2/18 2:00PM: *RESOLVED* We have tested and deployed the fix resolving this. The fix was retroactive as well, meaning the “blank” sent emails now display how they were sent.
What I wanna Know…when do I get my new release :(
Hope this is useful Info guys…let me know….sharon@cressmgmt.com

WEB FORM FIELDS HTML CODE CHANGES…..
Tonight, we will be making a minor, but important change to the HTML code to a couple form fields for Web Forms.
It is completely backwards-compatible, so no worries there, but tech-savvy users (or developers) should take note of these changes. This issue may not necessarily apply to you if you do have custom modifications to Web Forms or use the additional text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons for custom scripting.
WHAT’S CHANGING:
Note: Only field prefixes are changing, not the full field name.
WHO CARES?
The only people who really should care about this are developers or if you have custom coding for doing stuff with Web Forms.
WHY?
We recently made this change and had to tweak it in order to provide more clarity these forms were created solely for Infusionsoft. Further, this provides better compatibility with server Query Strings and Javascript handling. In the event more form fields are present (for custom coders who do amazing stuff with it), those will be properly passed and handled by us.
Just to be clear — you do not have to change any of your Web Forms you already have. They will work regardless; our systems have been tested to be backwards compatible.
Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the short notice and any inconvenience this may have caused.
